Acquisition focused work combined the soft and technical skill of evaluating an asset, creating a robust financial analysis of it's current and future state, and putting together a strategy to purchase.

The world is changing, and assets are "sticky." Evaluating sustainability helps ensure assets will continue to deliver results.
Specific course work included Decarbonization of Real Assets, US and European energy procurement and delivery, Evaluating climate/transitional risk and ways to mitigate financial implications.

Paying for an asset is the most important part.
With a deep dive into each aspect of financing, I gained the skills to help assemble and execute on your capital stack. Specific topics include: Infrastructure financing (bonds), Private and Public Debt, Social financing, and Government & Tax Incentive financing.
